PAS 2035 Assessment
RDE provide independent surveys for individuals and Housing Associations. Our surveys are based on over 15 years of experience in domestic work and follow the whole house approach. Whilst not an official PAS2035, our role as Co-ordinators facilitate this service.
PAS 2035 Co-ordination
This is a new and exciting profession that RDE have embraced. We are able to offer the latest guidance and support for Housing Associations and individuals looking to follow the whole house approach to retrofit.
Pre-purchase inspections
For those who may be new to owning a property and especially anyone looking to buy an older property we provide a very low cost walk through service where we highlight the positive and negative of any property. This can be invaluable as you will be able to budget properly for your new home, or just walk away from a potential money pit.
Damp surveys
RDE provide independent surveys for individuals and also for companies (inc Sequence). Our surveys are based on over 15 years of experience in domestic work and focus on ‘following the trail’ to ascertain the actual cause of dampness and then recommending long term fixes rather than short term cover-ups.
Renew Wales Co-ordinator
RDE has been a member of Renew Wales since its inception. RDE undertake the role of Co-ordinator in Cardiff and the Vale through Peter Draper.
Renew Wales Mentor
RDE has been a member of Renew Wales since its inception. RDE undertake the role of Sustainable Building Mentor across Wales through Peter Draper. To date we have assisted over 80 different community groups with their buildings.
