We are proud to provide an personal service for our customers. We ensure that owners / tenants are present during our surveys as this allows us to explain in detail about the root causes and the logic / science used in determining the issues within their homes. This is an important element of the Whole House Approach as solutions will have to be tailored to a range of preferences / contexts provided by the owner. Budgets, tastes, existing plans, building pathology all impact on the advice / prioritisation of works / interventions / recommendations on lifestyle etc. We think that this helps set us very much apart from the competition that tends to disregard the people living in the property and purely focus on the building. This is only half the story and it is important to understand the whole.
